I have to disagree with you with respect to your dismissal of the issue as likely "non-existent." You have to know that not being able to "demonstrate" naked shorting, does not mean it does not exist. (How's that for a triple negative?) There are separate issues - the listing if not intended and naked shorting. They are connected here but we are talking about 2 sets of legal and regulatory issues. Check the emperor's clothes. Don't look behind the curtain though... LOL.
