China is PARTLY the cause of high oil prices now, but the high energy porices have been spiking ever since Cheney-Bush were first nominated, and Bushies LOVE it. Bushie energy companies have ripped off hundreds of billions since their boys took power. If you think they had nothing to do with higher energy prices after the California energy ripoffs and Enron, Reliant etc. revelations you're worse than OJ's lawyers.

You should look at the increase in India's imports as well as China's.

Uh oh kerry spirit,
ABC news is reporting tonight that China is the cause of high oil prices. Quick turn off the TVs in the liberal households. Somehow you have to maintain the Bush to blame pillar of sand cause of high oil prices.

6 months to go - sand pillars will all crumble!

China's influence on oil prices is a small part of the picture. China's demand hasn't grown so incredibly and suddenly strong the past 3 months to cause oil to take such a dramatic spike in the same timeframe.
This report you're reporting seems to have lost something somewhere.

Bush's weak dollar policy have been a large driver of the higher oil prices. BTW just because some uninformed reporter says something I wouldn't take it as the gospel truth.
