I think I recognize one of the stary-eyed bloaks in that short as Dave O'Brien, who also played in the 1936 marijuana psycho-documento-propaganda flick titled, "Reefer Madness." I wonder what his upbringing was like to land in these types of roles... liketelevision.com Agreed. Very Bizarre.
