He's indecisive and afraid of his own shadow. He is afraid to take ANY risks. He plays both sides, waffles, tries to please all and uses hindsight to appear like he knew what the policy should have been. These are not leader qualities at all. A leader has courage even in the face of mistakes.

This comment of yours bespeaks of a little frustration, a little nervousness that Bush is in trouble and that Kerry will not need that extra money and the ads to air against Bush since he is on the path to self destruction.
