Where are people getting the money to expand their purchases of overpriced coffee?

daytrading? i recently bought a half-pound of Kona from them for $19.99, just for grins. i must say i cannot tell the difference from their normal overpriced coffee, which costs 75% less.

i think Starbucks is a special case because they have a virtual monopoly in terms of national presence as a place for people who don't want to drink Maryland Club.
