That is total manure and you know. Any pretense that the reason the FDR admin interned the Japanese was FOR THEIR SAFETY is crap and you know it. They never even tried to make that pretense. Talk about living in a fantasy world. The fact I made, which you failed to grasp (typical) was they were "NOT" POWs and their treatment can not be compared to the Iraqi POWs. What happened to habeas corpus? These ARE American citizens were talking about. Did they lose the protection of the Bill of Writs at Pearl Harbor? I didn't know they made coloring books on admendments. If they did, you wouldn't be able to fill it in. The offenders at that Iraqi prison aren't being given a pass, buddy. They're coming up for courts martial. What is supposed to happen in a US jail when prisoner are beaten by guards? They should be charged, tried, and convicted.
