<<Talk about bad timing!!! >> I know how you feel. I had a couple of fishing trips lined up for the fall of '99 when my wife jumped off her horse and did a class 5 break on her knee. For the next 3 months I had to hire a part time girl to sit with my wife so I could leave long enough to get groceries. Those pain killers sure do make their minds even wackier. I hope it's not as bad as they think and she gets better soon.

I am so sorry to hear this! Please tell what's her name I am thinking about you all and hope she can recover enough to attend the wedding first. Vegas can come later. I really feel for her - that pain is dreadful.

Oh no!!! She must have really done a number on herself. (I've read countless medical files, reviewed xrays and questioned doctors on back injuries. It's not often where surgery is recommended so swiftly.) Are they recommending a laminectomy?
