Interesting article albeit dated. With your experience and the experience of others on this thread, what has been the trend the past few years with respect to litigation involving posters? Has it gotten easier to sue? Do corporations ever win or is it merely a matter of getting the relatively deep pockets in a small person's face, with that poster not having the resources to fight? Are message boards reluctant to give up names? Or do they do it at the first sign of a subpoena?
