Yet Bush is the worst president in history and the biggest liar we've ever had in the White House. So you can criticize Al Gore all you like but he still would have been a much better and more honest presdient than GW Bush. In fact he might have stopped 9-11 from happening by paying attention to the many warnings about AL Qaida attacks. and he sure wouldn't have rushed us into Iraq il-prepared and virtually alone.

Kerry's campaign hasn't been "positive".

Indeed it has been positive. I have not seen one negative ad from Kerry. I do hope that he stays on a positive message. On the otherhand Bush has spent millions on negative ads.

Poor ole Al is just making a fool of himself.
If Kerry doesn't disavow Al's comments, he'll
be seen to have implicitly endorsed them.

Come on mph, Kerry has no more control of Gore than Bush has on McCain. We don't see Bush disavowing what McCain says, nor will we likely see Kerry respond to Al.

bottom line: Al's a liability for Kerry unless
Kerry has the testicular fortitude to neutralize
him.

Al is neutralized already. He's washed up with no where to go but to be a pain in Bush's ass. I think he does that well.

Bush should reel in Cheney too when he calls into question the military service of Kerry...this while he has five deferments.

Every campaign needs a few attack dogs...problen is this administration is their own attack dogs. Cheney and Bush have been negative on Kerry from the gitgo. In fact they are basing their entire campaign on the negativity. They have to, because they have nothing positive to run on. Their record stinks. They're left with nothing but the good old republican dirty tricks, smears and lies to try to regain the White House.
