So far all Bush has done is run for cover...but he pretty much stays under cover anyway. He'll pop his head out of the White House for another round of "whip up the fear" pretty soon though. Either that or ask Tom Ridge to go on the talk show circuit. If he can't get booked he can always announce an unspecified horrific summer attack where we don't know how or where the terrorists will strike...but don't raise the terror alert yet.
