You wonder if those tycoons have calculated how much higher rates would have to go, coupled with lower property values, to wipe out their equity completely.

I am in no way as aggressive as the guy in the article. I prefer building up wealth by finding great bargains and then ride the subsequent appreciation.

San Diego has made a lot people very wealthy in the past 4 years. Riverside County is going to be the next gold mine.
