Again - have to respectfully disagree there. It's outta the bag and the whole area of naked shorting and overseas "bookies" is going to make some very interesting political noise, if not administrative and legal PR, as we go forward. Many of the companies on the list have staged some nice rallies. Again, I don't follow the real crapperoos or ones that are full time paid promoter based, but the ones I follow have all rallied nicely over the past few days and I suspect this is partly due to a little nervousness over this scheme.
