You are the one changing the meaning of what I posted. Oops, I just put down my coffee cup.

There are many terms for killing a person but I've never heard put down used for killing a person. Nobody said Sammy the Bull put down 23 people.

Wait, now I get it!! Some people use put down when they have a old, sick pet euthanized. You should have told me Gore was your old sick dog and I'd have had SI Admin Bob remove that post.
