I did a google search about your computer problem. It said to throw away all electronic items in your home, install a lightning rod a minimum of 1500 feet from your front door (also a minimum of 1500 feet from the neighbors front door... if this is not possible you must move) and lastly, get rid of the stereo cassette. It's so 80's.

This guy had a Coke can that did the same thing. He sold it on eBay for over $200.
