It's not hard to find pictures of members of the Bush Admins shaking hands with Saddam.

There are pictures of Bush Admins shaking hands with all sorts of dictators and thugs. I would not be surprised to see them shaking hands with Taliban members or Al Quida members. Their policies are short term tactical, oil now, not strategic.
