Hi Brushwud, thanks for your corrective post.

It's amazing, I never post to Robert O, yet approximately 20% of his posts here mention Amy this or Amy that.

While such an obsession can be ignored, I do appreciate your corrective post where Robert O appeared to slam the founder of Intel by implying need for options. Robert O's post is incorrect, as you duly noted in your first statement where you indicated he has founder shares, not options. I'll just add, he still goes to Intel.

One can only suggest Robert O find a different target of his obsession, an activity that's more constructive and useful to the thread, such as posting news clips on Intel.

On another note, to pick up on the discussion about how inflation might impact the semiconductor industry, am considering whether premiums on covered calls might be higher in an inflationary economy.

Regards,
Amy J

brush, if he is so 'retired' than how can you make sense of Duke's post that it is a good thing from the standpoint of corportate governance he still has such a large holding ,both directly and through his foundation??

also I never state the 'incentives' are options as you incorrectly assume. It's the free shares stupid. <gg>
