Lie: You indicated he created the prosperity during his tenure

I have never indicated that Clinton created prosperity. I pointed out that there was prosperity during the Clinton Admin in response to childish fears of the previous post.

I have repeatedly stated that Clinton's lack of energy policy led to a doubling of oil prices which directly preceded the market crash.
