it makes no difference whether they were in the Bush, Reagan or infant Bush admin. Their foreign policies are all the same. They deal with dictators when it suits them and that was the point. They deal with dictators and congratulate themselves and later they use the dictators as an excuse to use military force to get what they want and what they want is energy at that moment with no thought for the strategic consequences to the United States or the world. Basically they are inept at foreign policy but good at nepotism and cronyism.
