Yes she will... she is working on it today. And thanks for re-requesting the recipe on the recipe thread!

PS Be prepared to spend over an hour on it AFTER you cook the eggs and potatoes. It is an easy recipe and a food processor will help with the onions and celery. But it takes a while to make!

Also, it is best to make it a bit "wet" so when it ages in the fridge a coupla hours it won't get too dry as the potatoes pick up a lot of moisture (and flavor)!
