>>Where is the suggestion box located? There isn't one. Isn't that special?! One of my projects is to write a new TOU reporting form (internal vs. the current email-based one). It will also be used for administrative requests and tech support. The tech support options include "Make a Suggestion". I haven't discussed this with Bob yet, but I'd like to make portions of it visible to the users, such as the suggestions and system issues, as well as their status. In the meantime, this thread and #subject-54574 are the de facto suggestion boxes.
