Live with it?!? What are you smoking? The numbers don't look good at all for Bush at the moment. I wouldn't count him out yet, but his approval rating numbers are definitely in the territory where incumbents get defeated. Add to that other factors, like the fact that Kerry is even or slightly ahead at the moment, the fact that Dems tend to get underpolled by 2-3% because a lot are too busy working or just not the sort of people sitting home all day answering the phone, and finally the historical fact that the challenger often picks up as much as 85% of the undecided vote. All that adds up to a lot of uncertainty for Bush at the moment. If I was a betting man, my money wouldn't be on Bush. I'd be waiting for more information, if anything historical guidance is telling us Bush will lose this fall.
