Are you using a firewall? If so, check to see if Generic Hosts process for Win32 Services is being blocked by your firewall.

The Event ID 1003 looks like possibly corrupt ram which could also cause the BSOD's.

"Error code 1000007f = "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M" - The first parameter displayed on the blue screen specifies the trap number. Trap number 0x00000000, or Divide by Zero Error, may indicate memory corruption. Other hardware problems, or software failures can cause this error. The clock Event is no big deal. Just couldn't connect to a time server to adjust the computer time. There is a ram testing program that you can download for free. I'll try to find it.
