Tippet, They're late in filing the financials, hence the "E" designation. The same thing happened a couple years ago and they got things straightened out. But there really isn't any excuse for this kind of thing -- not when you're trying to (re)build shareholder credibility. Long range, shareholders here should do quite well.

Just so you know, they are having their shareholders meeting at the end of June....meeting on the 25h in Reno, followed by a tour of the Mineral Ridge Mine on the 26th. The company will be bussing the shareholders down to Silver Peak for the mine tour on Saturday morning, from the Atlantis Hotel in Reno, the site of the meeting. Reservations for both events are due in to the company by the end of this week, June 4th, and can be made on their website. I've got my reservations in and am hoping for a seat on the back of the bus....its always more interesting back there. Vince
