I tend to agree with you in general although I have to admit I've take small stabs for potential home runs. There are many other stocks on that list that I follow that have been running up since this was disclosed and I suspect that this is an attempt to gradually unwind before full blown investigation. POSC - I took a flyer at .04 and it hit yesterday. I think it has a chance for .20, but again this is the gamble type. It's on the German list and a lot of volume past couple of days. MIVT - I'm looking into it but my first impression is that it is overvalued and being promoted a bit too much so far. CTE - do you follow this one? I bought at about 1 and they have performed well.
