No... suppose you are putting together a meal and ooops, you find out you bought the wrong kind of beans? Well if you are cooking the meal at home, there is time to rectify the problem. If you are doing it at the shelter.... then you are sol! That kinda problem. Or this kinda problem.... ooops, I used a tablespoon full of salt rather than a teaspoon. Or this kinda problem... ooops, the meat smells funny.... Or... or... or!!! It is like gardening.... I druther plant my seeds in 6-packs and see what comes up first... and what DOES come up, I can plant!
