Nuances Hawk, nuances. It seems you cannot separate the various pieces of a thing and then analyze them individually.

Yeah... I love your moral relevancy.. Real inspirational...

Kinda like missing the forest for the trees...

Or knowing the price of everything, but the value of nothing...

People with that kind of nuance blindness believe that Kerry voted against supplying body armor for our troops when he voted against the 87 billion.

Or like when Kerry voted against Desert Storm, or when Al Gore delayed making up his mind about his vote UNTIL he was promised 20 minutes of "face time" to pontificate.

Or like when 3/4 of the US congress votes to approve an authorization to use force against Iraq and THEN try and duck for cover when he actually decides to implement it..

Or when the the Democratic led Senate votes 98-1-1 to pass the Patriot Act, and then tries to demonize Bush and Ashcroft for implementing it..

Or like when people such as yourself display CLEAR willingness to surrender millions of young muslims into the hands of Islamic militancy, only to probably later, once again, attempt to blame Bush for not doing enough to thwart it..

That's the forest CD.. And its all around you.. But all you can see are a few trees that catch your ideological fancy/disdain..
