You obviously have your mental YUGO terminally stuck in 2nd gear, Poopsy. There are numerous efforts and initiatives that have come from the current administration that promote, fund, provide guaranteed loans or offer tax credits for expanding and adding new green energy efforts. It just never gets printed in the Clintwit News Network swill of the week.........

Hybrid cars are a punk dilusion hyped by acedemic elitists, designers du lour, and "..me too.." auto makers in response for the current CA in-crowd fad of the day. Like Amphicars and Dune Buggies, they'll eventually become more interesting collectibles. Anyone who travels seriously, or commutes more than 30 miles each way every day, will eventually find that owning/maintaining their partly-electric KLUDGEMOBILE is more expensive that owning a 35' Donzi go-fast with an optional high-maintainance boat Bimbo.

Nobody is seriously saying that GDubya is a prime mover behind Hybrids, you are just so desperate for a 'sputter' (..now that Hairy BS Kerry has been shown to be the Poster Boy for Waffle House..) that you'll grab the weakest straw in the bale to try and eak out a point.

You don't know what GDubya can or can't speak on in regard to alternative energy issues, becuase you never listen to or read what's being offered anyway. As long as you can flip a switch and the lights come on, I'm sure you think it's Hillary driving a wind turbine that's making your life so pleasant. Actions speak louder than words - and the current administrations policies are making it easier for us to make progress in these areas. As usual, while you sputter your Iacocca Third Group queires - the rest of us are out here making a difference in the industrry.

Oh yes. About your Third Eye (..since the other two are clearly jammed up against Hillary's arse..), ...doesn't that racing stripe in your Pampers additionally distort your obviously myopic view on things to start with...?!? And, shouldn't you really be playing over on the Kerry-kisser's Board with the rest of the witless twits.

John :-)
