Why the Democratic left is biting it's tongue about Kerry:

nytimes.com

I think he's wrong about Iraq and Israel. Bush may actually end up moving to the left of him on these issues!

Kerry will unite America and the world again, at least as much as that is possible. Despite the greatest-ever outpouring of goodwill from the world to the US after 9-11, Bush has blown all that goodwill and made us the most distrusted isolated country in the world. Actually it's not us, it's the Bushies themselves. The world can't trust Bushies. So we need Kerry who will be a fine diplomat inspiring trust and mutual protection of interests. Bush is the worst diplomatic president we have ever had, bar none. He's also the worst on the environment and the budget so that's a triple whammy. Why would anyone vote for him again?

Thisw President has alienated himself and the US. YOu have not only missed it but you are hallucinating that there are terrorists about to attack the US like Ashcroft is, the Bushies are making a bigger ass of themselves now fighting amongst themselves, leave alone bickering with France, Germany etc. So obviously, Bush has made an ass of himself and the US and the world says no to Bush. Bush goes, the other nations would welcome US leadership under anybody but Bush.
