Once the terrorists have been neutralized,

And who may I ask will do that since Bush has failed to do so. Or else, how after all these billions of dollars and loss of lives, American military and Iraqi, do we have warnings of terrorist attacks being issued by the Administration. Do you believe those warnings. Are they playing games with the fears of the people to get Bush elected. What is going on?

If they are playing games to get Bush re elected then they are no different from the terrorists who bombed Spain to determinhe the course of the elections there.

I think terrorism should not be a political football. Kerry has not made it a political football. All he has said that he will approach the war differently than Bush.
