Yeah, Kerri says he will shoot down any commercial jet at a moments notice. "It's not like there are poeple in those planes" said Kerri.

We had the Barney Fife United States Air Force in the Air that Day. Some National Guard aircraft that didn't have any armaments aboard..no missiles, no cannons. Langely AFB near Norfolk got scrambled late into the action, were armed, and going supersonic could not get to DC in under 20 minutes. Too late. They need armed fighter aircraft on alert at Andrews Air Force Base which is next to DC..very close on the Maryland side to the SE. There is no excuse for not having fighters on alert at Andrews and instead having to call on Air Combat Combat at Langley where they have a full squadron of fighters..F-15s mostly.
