The UN should colonize Sudan. Take it over!

But the UN needs a constitutional arrangement to form a NUN. The USA and others are not keen on that. So, we have continued carnage.

Carnage has been the rule of life since chimpoids first started showing off how they could walk around all day on two legs, they started wearing hats and wielding weapons of individual destruction. Another decade or ten of carnage isn't surprising, as civilization spreads in fits and starts.

Sudan:

The civilized world could take these actions:

1. refuse to buy any oil from Sudan, or invest in their oil industry, until the genocide stops. The Sudanese government is funded by oil exports, and the oil industry infrastructure is built and maintained by Westerners.

2. Impose a trade embargo, to include an arms embargo. Sudan cannot make the airplanes they use to bomb civilians. They depend on foreigners, to sell them the planes. Their air force would quickly be grounded, if we just stopped selling them spare parts.

3. Offer large amount of aid, conditional on granting autonomy to the regions with African and Christian majorities, and the withdrawal of all Arab and Muslim armed forces from those areas.

4. Expel Sudan from the UN, until they begin following the UN Charter, and stop using starvation and mass rape as government policy. If the UN refuses to expel Sudan, then withdraw from all support of any activity that Sudan is included in.
