The Bushie "weak on defense" boogey man won't work either. Kerry can prove he voted FOR every one of the programs they say he voted against, except the MX Missile system which was a terrible idea. Kerry also sounded the alarm about the body armor, not Bushies. And yes he did vote FOR the 87 billion (paid for not debt spending) before he voted against it and he is glad he did both. The 87 billion is now gone and it is pure debt as a consequence of Bushies pushing through that fiscally reckless bill. We also missed out on a chance to get 20 billion in Iraqi oil as partial re-payment thanks to the Bushies.
