Tom, The Hilton Hotel is no more, replaced with the enormous Cheung Kong Center, and a very large public toilet facility. The facility is very centrally placed, and comfortable :0) There is an in-town American Club, situated in the Exchange Square Building, committed to HKD 100/sqft/month rent, locked in for 10 years, even though market rent is at about 50% of that level ;0) Real estate, they most certainly do drop in worth.
