justwhatuwant, re Libyan oil..

Don't know that I'd take the impression of one informed friend as my complete guide to the world oil supply situation...To me its more about supply disruption, anyway...There will be oil for a long time but at what price, especially if demand continues to increase, especially in Asia....There may be a slowing in that rate of increase, yes...

As to Libya, point well taken... like and own AHC for that reason....oddly a new "safe" source of supply....Looks like it wants to fall out to $67 unless buying interest emerges strong enough this coming week ....

OXY, another Libyan play looks to have a date with about $42, again if this down cycle doesn't end with the SA news over the weekend....which I rather doubt...

With a slightly better technical structure there's MUR with its new SE Asian development....68-62 does seem to be boundaries...
