Yes, you can see the big spike up in the summer of 2000 as Bush-cheney were nominated, then the plunge in mid 2001 which happened the week after Jeffords switched parties giving Dems subpoena powers to investigate the massive energy fraud ripoffs. Since then we've seen clear evidence from Enron, Reliant and many others that the gouging and fraud was real and deliberate, yet much of the evidence was shredded and covered up by the Bushies. Their FERC was utterly uncooperative with Grey Davis's attempts to find the guilty parties. And why not? Big energy and Bush-Cheney are really one and the same thing. Thanks for proving my point.
