Oooops, my bad, 5000 was way too high.
Nice of you to post the forecast on your web site:

February 7, 2003

Forecasting:
.....
Does it stop here? No…. Why? We are in new ground. What the Markets are going to experience has never been seen before. Unless you can speak with the Ghost of Jesse Livermore or an active trader from 1929 for at least some kind of clues, the Markets will experience the most unusual types of volatility levels and dead-cat-bounces never seen before. The sooner the Dow can reach our Macro-term forecast and timing, which is Dow 3200 – 2150, between Apr 2003–Dec 2003, the safer it will be to enter back into the Markets on the long side.
