I know we don't live in a perfect world. But, the oil revenues were promised to the Iraqi people. Right now, they can't give them to anyone, since there is no government. But, I wonder if the arrangement will change after a new government is established on June 30th? I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that revenue to start going to the Iraqi government. Even if it does, I doubt it would benefit the people, perhaps in the long run it will.
