I caught the end of Sixty Minutes. I thought it odd that Andy Rooney was on early. Turns out they spent eleven minutes showing pictures of all the troops who died in Iraq.

I didn't see Nightline when they did the same thing. I wasn't expecting this and I didn't want to watch it but it seemed disrespectful to stop so I watched it through. I thought it very poignant and tasteful, suitable for the occasion.

But Rooney was out of line, IMO. He was clearly showing the pictures in protest to the war, which is fine, but I don't think the way he did it was in good taste.

I imagine their mailbox will be overflowing.
