Bush is the one who will say anything to get re-elected.
His bald-faced lying speeches about how he's protected the environment (as if) prove this point clearly. Also, he's fli-flopping away on Iraq now. What he said last week has no bearing on what he's doing this week.

The proposal to allow illegals to obtain full Social Security and Medicare bases on paying pennies into the program for a few years really burns me up.
