What? The U.S. Constitution is designed to limit the power of Government. Unfortunately, the judges have perverted it and continue to pervert into something that can be used against the people. The perversions started in the 1930s post depression, under no other than the Communist himself Franklin Roosevelt who stated repeatedly he admired the Soviet System. Every notice that when German and USSR both invaded Poland that France and England declared war on Germany and not the USSR for doing the same thing? Take the guns, suspend elections, thats the naturual progression. Patriot Act..search and seizure rules thrown out the window. Writ of Habeous Corpus thrown out the window. The perversion continue to this day with allowances for Congress to approve of any power it wishes for the Federal Government based on Interstate Commerce clause. Since EVERYTHING has been in Interstate Commerce at some point in its history, that is taken to mean that Congress can regulate anything it wants including the brand of toothbrush you use.
