I have been having trouble getting Norton live updates since upgrading Zone Alarm. Not every time but most of the time. Next time I'll write it down.

I am running ZA 5.0.590.015 with XP, cookie control OFF, ad blocking OFF (I use AdSubract for those items) and seems to be running OK since it was installed on 5/28/04. I am not using the "ID lock" facility either.

I normally recommend waiting until the dust settles too, it's just I had a back up just in case the new version of ZA crapped out on my system, which it hasn't.
