You can define it as you like, but if it's not a case where a position is misrepresented to gain advantage, it's not a straw man. Your attempting to make it sound as if I wanted a source for the two quotes is, in fact, a straw man.

Your choosing to ignore that I have, several times now, made clear that I am seeking evidence that Clinton's words specifically addressed WMDs could also be perceived as an attempt to build an argumentative straw man.
