"Greed is good" to the rich rightwingers. Yet contrary to their claims, the riches do not trickle down, they stick in the pockets of the fattest and most manipulative. In the case of Bushies, this means the pockets of oil interests, CEO's, old money heirs and Wall Street tycoons.

Historically, low taxes for the rich result in a big but brief party followed by a long, deep recession and debt-ridden hangover. That's why the Bush tax policies are so reckless and irresponsible, and why people should not be fooled by the crummy rebates they get. They will be charged a lot more for that tax relief later. It's no bargain.
