ROTFLOL, you are so so clueless. Should you be suing someone for the obvious damage of your brain. I really don't care... LOL... I believe money cannot make up for many losses and their is no fair way to price suffering. And I've seen idiots who think like you say lets give away someone elses money. The limits I've seen are the discretionary awards. And in some cases limits on liability may be the only way that a corporation can take a risk at a rational cost.

Extortion by lawyers is as much anti free market as limits on liability awards.
