"soul-less corporation" Motor mouth babel of the stupid. Corporations are made up of people, some may be very bad, as bad as a rapist like mr. bill or nut cases like gore or totally dishonest like hanoi kerry. But most are good honest people who have a soul. But those who have no soul never seem to be able to see the soul in others. The most soulless act I can think off is killing an innocent child.

Mark, Liability and lawyer jury shopping in botique jurisdictions are two separate issues. Lawyers getting rich and plaintiffs getting little is reality.
