Justice yes. Justice involves balance. Corporations are people. Ruining a corporation for vengance against an individual is the ruination of the lives and careers of many working stiffs. Justice is not found in botique venues. Justice is not found in justice delayed. Many asbestos victims are dying while the settlements are infinitely appealed by greedy Trial Lawyers who don't give a damn about the victims. Each party has its selfish interest groups whose only interest is their own. Trial Lawyers are one of the seflsh democrat interest groups.
