Wayne - what this and other threads show is that the nation is badly divided. Rationale discussion and compromise are impossible. It is what it is. Facts are irrelevant. The big lie approach is dominant.

It is going to be a very bad and ugly summer.

I think the thing to watch is the left start to pull away from kerrry to pressure him to move more left. The pressure will in the form of poll support for Nader and perhaps demonstrations at the Dem Convention.

kerry has painted himself into a corner. His nature is to move left. His reputation of being a flipper and flopper will prevent the move to avoid reinforcing the flipper and flopper charge.

Sit back and watch. Dream of election night when we watch kerry spirit and Chinu go catatonic - and become unemployed.
