Tom, The whole system is wrong. The real victims of Enron had nothing to do with the problems. Any criminals should be prosecuted. Destruction of the company, its shareholders and employees is of no value to anyone.

Why am I not surprised that you would see it from the owning class point of view.

If he didn't know his company was doing illegal things, then the question arises, why didn't he know?

If he was not guilty he should not be put in jail, but if he was he should not get off just because he is rich and well connected.
