The reality is No Child hasn't worked, Patriot Act is opposed by right and left both and was rushed through after 9-11 so it needs fixing, NAFTA has gradually turned out to be more costly than we believed, Bushies lied about and mismanaged the Iraq War situation, Bush's Medicare bill turned out to be too expensive with too muich corporate welfare and the tax cuts for the rich are just plain budget busters.

All of these need fixing very badly
