What new CAA regulations or deregulation has occurred, or is this just the usual strategy of assuming that since he is a Rep. that this is what always happens, thus playing on perceptions rather than the truth. The EPA has to follow the law that enable it. The EPA cannot issue regs without a scientific basis and publishing the changes in the Federal Register for public comment. Changing regs is not a unilateral action of the EPA or President.
